Brampton Library has joined the Institute for Canadian Citizenship’s Cultural Access Pass (CAP) program to welcome new citizens and encourage them to explore Canada’s cultural attractions.

CAP provides Canada’s newest citizens*, and up to four of their children under 18, with a year of free access to almost 1,200 galleries, museums, historic sites, national and provincial parks across the country. It even offers an exclusive travel discount with VIA Rail Canada.


Follow these three easy steps to get your own pass:

Step 1:  Click here to register for your FREE pass.

Step 2: Call Kashif 647.302.0320 or Sameeta 647.302.0989 to arrange a pick-up time and location - choose either:

Chinguacousy Branch 150 Central Park Drive, Brampton, ON L6T 1B4

South Fletcher’s Branch 500 Ray Lawson Blvd, Brampton, ON L6Y 5B3

Step 3Pick up your pass at your confirmed time and location.


*CAP is a gift for every new Canadian citizen who is in their first year of citizenship. Membership is for one year, beginning on the date of the recepient's citizenship ceremony.
