With Peel Region in the Grey-Lockdown Zone, Brampton Library is thrilled to be reopening its Chinguacousy, Four Corners, and Springdale Branch Libraries for limited services, beginning Monday, March 15, 2021. Curbside Pickup will cease at these locations, while remaining in place at Cyril Clark, Gore Meadows, Mount Pleasant Village, South Fletcher’s and South West Branch Libraries.

Here’s what to expect at our open and curbside locations

In-branch services:

• Pickup of holds, Book Bundles, and Grab ‘n’ Go bags
• Brief use of Library computers for transactional purposes
• Printing and photocopying services

Keeping you safe:

• Branch capacity limits, per provincial guidelines 
• Providing hand sanitizer, as needed 
• Reorganized spaces for physical distancing, including barriers at service points 
• Quarantining all returned materials for a minimum of 72 hours 
• Frequent sanitizing of all multi-touch surfaces
• Staff training on safety measures

Hours of Operation (Chinguacousy, Four Corners, Springdale):

• Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays:
• 10:00 – 11:30 am (closed 11:30 am – 12:00 pm for cleaning)
• 12:00 – 1:30 pm (closed 1:30 – 2:00 pm for cleaning)
• 2:00 – 3:30 pm (closed 3:30 – 4:00 pm for cleaning)
• 4:00 – 5:30 pm

• Tuesdays, Thursdays:
• 12:00 – 1:30 pm (closed 1:30 – 2:00 pm for cleaning)
• 2:00 – 3:30 pm (closed 3:30 – 4:00 pm for cleaning)
• 4:00 – 5:30 pm (closed 5:30 – 6:00 pm for cleaning)
• 6:00 – 7:30 pm
